The DRRsourcebook is intended as tool for sharing information on topics and resources related to Disaster Risk Reduction.

The intent is to provide a shared resource specifically about disaster risk reduction and related topics. While there are a number of other sites that provide clearinghouses on particular aspects of disaster risk reduction, the DRRsourcebook is a tool to help you track and share information about ongoing activities and intitiatives, new resources, or even speculative thoughts.

To enable easy and open sharing among a wide range of professionals and researches, DRRsourcebook is set-up as a "wiki" that can be updated or edited by anyone who signs up for an account. (Signing up is a simple process – just go to the Log in page and enter the relevant details.)

Content that is contributed is meant to be shared on an open basis.
